 Hon, Balaam Barugahara, minister for youth and children affairs has stirred debate with his remarks on Alien Skin, claiming the artist has the potential to lead National Unity Platform (nup)and challenge Bobi wine.  Balaam Barugahara made the comments while addressing Alien Skin's recent arrest, the singer has charged with assaulting medical staff at Nsanbya Hospital and robbing an iphone 15 pro plus shs 480000 and is currently remanded to Luzira prison until November 28th.   Despite the charges , Balaam Barugahara believes Alien Skin is a capable youth who simply needs proper guidance.  Alien Skin is one of the youths that can contest for NUP president , Balaam said.  He called on the singer and his team to reflect on theire behaviors
